Judged on meritEvaluation Criteria
THE JUDGING RUBRIC
This is a game of skill, not chance. Here's exactly how your plan is scored.
Problem Understanding
Has the team correctly identified the real problem in the brief, not just a surface symptom? Do they show evidence of thinking about who actually has this problem?
Solution Viability
Is the proposed solution actually buildable with realistic resources? Does it solve the stated problem, not a different one?
Commercial Thinking
Is there a credible path to revenue or sustainability? Have they thought about who pays, why, and how much? This is also the first tie-breaker if scores are tied.
Pitch Clarity and Delivery
Can the team explain the idea clearly in the time given? Is the structure logical? Can they answer follow-up questions from judges without falling apart?
Team Collaboration
Does the pitch show evidence all 3 members contributed meaningfully? Judges may ask each member a direct question. One person carrying two silent teammates scores low here.
We built this because the best opportunities in life don't come from being the smartest person in a classroom — they come from proving yourself under pressure, in a room full of people who are watching. The Founder's Sprint is that room. One day. Real stakes. No filler. If you're 17–19 and you think you have what it takes to build, this is your shot.
Beyond the Sprint
YOUR BEST LINKEDIN
POST IS ONE DAY AWAY
Most people your age have nothing real to post. You'll leave with a story worth telling — and a room full of people worth knowing.
The Room Matters
Every other participant is ambitious and age-verified. These aren't event tourists — they're your future co-founders, classmates, and collaborators. One day together builds more than a semester of college projects.
A Real Case Study
You'll work on a real Pune business with a real brief and real constraints. The output isn't a classroom exercise — it's a 10-slide growth plan you can add to your portfolio, post publicly, and talk about in every college interview and internship application.
Founder Feedback on Record
Judges are active founders — not professors. Their feedback is direct, specific, and worth more than a semester of grades. Screenshot it. Quote it. Put it in your LinkedIn post. "A founder told me my pricing model was flawed — here's what I fixed" is the kind of content that actually gets noticed.
The Post Writes Itself
"I just spent 8 hours building a growth plan for a real business. Here's what I learned." That post, with your case study attached, will outperform anything else you've ever posted. Not because of the prize — because it's proof. And proof is the rarest thing on any feed.
Most 17-year-olds have a LinkedIn with their school name and three skills they added to fill space. You'll have a story.
