The Founder's Sprint is a one-day, skill-based startup pitch challenge organized by Let's Enterprise. Participants compete in teams to solve a live business brief and pitch it to a panel of judges. This is a game of skill, not a game of chance. Outcomes are determined solely by the quality of each team's submission as assessed against a published judging rubric (see Section 6). No element of the competition is determined by lot, chance, or random draw.

• Open to individuals aged 17-19 (inclusive) as of the event date (18 July 2026).
• Participants must register as a team of exactly 3. Let's Enterprise may offer a matching service to pair solo or duo registrants into full teams; matching is at LE's sole discretion and not guaranteed.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Let's Enterprise staff involved in judging or event operations are not eligible to win prizes, though they may participate for experience with judges' consent.
• LE reserves the right to verify age and eligibility (e.g. school or college ID) at check-in. Participants who cannot verify eligibility may be denied entry.
• Parental or guardian consent is required for all participants under 18. LE will email a consent form to every registrant under 18 upon registration; the signed form (physical or digital signature) must be submitted before or at check-in on event day. Participants under 18 without a signed consent form will not be admitted.

• Registration is free for both individual participants and teams of three.
• Participants are responsible for travel, accommodation, and any costs incurred in preparing for the Sprint.
• Registration is confirmed once the completed registration form is accepted. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• LE may close registration early if capacity is reached.

• Participants report to LE Space, Pune on 18 July 2026 at a time to be communicated post-registration.
• Teams receive a business brief on the day. Teams have a fixed window to develop and prepare a pitch addressing the brief.
• Each team pitches to a panel of judges (working founders and industry practitioners) within a fixed time slot.
• The exact schedule, brief format, and pitch duration will be communicated to registered participants ahead of the event and may be adjusted by LE for operational reasons.

• Judges are practicing founders and industry professionals invited by LE. Judge identities may be announced ahead of the event or on the day, at LE's discretion.
• Judges' decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to scoring and the selection of winning team(s).

Teams are scored against a defined rubric, published to all registered participants before the event. The rubric weights five criteria, each scored 1-5 by every judge independently:

Scoring is conducted solely by the judging panel using this rubric. No aspect of winner selection involves chance, lottery, or random selection.

Tie-breaker (applied only if total scores are exactly equal): First, the higher score on Commercial Thinking. If still tied, the higher score on Solution Viability. If still tied: unanimous panel discussion and re-vote by judges only. Decision is final.

The winning team (3 members) each receive:

• One (1) ticket to the Fred Again concert, Mumbai, 9 December 2026; and
• A ₹25,000 scholarship credit towards first-year program fees at Let's Enterprise, subject to Section 8.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be substituted except at LE's discretion (e.g. if the concert is rescheduled or cancelled by its promoter, LE will offer an equivalent alternative or cash-equivalent scholarship top-up only, at LE's discretion).

Concert tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticketing platform and event promoter, which are outside LE's control. LE is not responsible for concert scheduling, venue changes, or cancellation by the promoter or artist.

Winners are responsible for their own travel and accommodation to attend the concert in Mumbai. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the event; unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

Winning the Founder's Sprint does not guarantee admission to any Let's Enterprise program. The ₹25,000 scholarship is a fee credit applicable only if the winning participant separately applies for and is offered a seat in an eligible LE program through LE's standard admissions process. Admission remains subject to LE's normal eligibility criteria, application review, and available capacity. The scholarship has no cash value if the participant does not enroll.

Fred Again is not a sponsor, partner, endorser, or organizer of the Founder's Sprint or of Let's Enterprise. The concert ticket is a third-party prize being made available to winners; LE has no affiliation with, and this event is not endorsed or sponsored by, the artist, their management, or the concert promoter or organizer. Any references to the artist or event in LE's marketing are factual statements of the prize being offered, not a claim of endorsement.

• By participating, participants consent to LE photographing, filming, and recording them during the event, and to LE using such photos or footage, participant names, team names, and pitch content in LE's marketing, social media, and promotional materials, without further compensation, for a period of 3 years from the event date, unless the participant (or guardian, if a minor) withdraws consent in writing.
• Participants retain ownership of their pitch idea and any IP created during the Sprint. By participating, teams grant LE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reference their pitch concept (not proprietary business details) for promotional and internal evaluation purposes only. LE does not claim ownership of participant ideas.
• Participants must not submit ideas they do not have the right to present (e.g. under NDA with a third party).

LE reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. venue unavailability, government restrictions, natural events). In such cases, LE will notify registered participants and, where possible, offer a rescheduled slot.

LE is not liable for any indirect losses arising from a rescheduling or cancellation (e.g. pre-booked travel).

Participants must behave respectfully towards other participants, judges, and LE staff. Teams may use AI tools during preparation but must be able to explain and defend their pitch in their own words when questioned by judges. Presenting wholesale AI-generated strategic content as original thinking, if identified by judges, is treated as a rubric-scoring issue and in serious cases may be grounds for disqualification.

LE also reserves the right to disqualify any participant or team for misconduct, plagiarism, or breach of these Terms. LE's decision on disqualification is final.

• Participation is at the participant's own risk. LE is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event except where caused by LE's proven negligence.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Personal data collected at registration (name, age, contact details, guardian consent) is used solely for event administration, safety, and where consented, marketing communications about future LE programs. Data is handled in accordance with LE's Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this event.

This competition is structured and conducted as a skill-based contest under applicable Indian law (including the Prize Competitions Act, 1955, and related state regulations) and is not a lottery or game of chance. Winner selection is based entirely on the published judging rubric (Section 6), scored by a qualified panel, with no element of chance.

LE may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of the event governs. Material changes affecting registered participants will be communicated directly.
